In the low season:
from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in the morning and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the afternoon

In the high season: from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Holidaymakers likely to arrive after reception closes, in exceptional cases, are asked to telephone +33 (0)3 22 27 01 34 during reception opening hours, to inform us of their late arrival and arrange, where practicable, a late check-in. For further information, refer to the FAQ.

Campers intending to leave before reception opens should pay all amounts due the day before.

asked questions
You can arrive on the pitches from 2 p.m. onwards. You should leave by 12 noon at the latest.
You can arrive in the mobile homes from 4 p.m onwards. You should leave by 10 a.m. at the latest.
With Premium accommodation, you may arrive from 3 p.m. onwards.
During the low season, you can plan your departure for 5 p.m., upon payment of an extra late departure charge.
If you anticipate arriving after reception closes, please inform the campsite on + 33 (0)3 22 27 01 34 before 5 p.m. This is so we can we arrange your collection of the key to your accommodation.
Yes persons with reduced mobility are welcome on the Les Aubépines campsite, and can enjoy specialist facilities. Equally so with camper sanitary facilities and accommodation. The Les Aubépines campsite has a mobile home specifically adapted to Persons with Reduced Mobility: The “Grand espace” design.

Your four-legged friends are welcome at the Les Aubépines campsite(!) (except for categories 1 and 2 – French dangerous dogs).
They are accepted on the pitches and holiday rentals upon payment of an extra charge.
Nevertheless, please keep them on a lead and and arrange for them to wear a muzzle for everyone’s peace of mind.
In addition, there are dog waste bags available.
For your information, animals are not allowed in the Parc Ornithologique du Marquenterre nature reserve. Good news! Your companions are allowed on the Baie de Somme small steam train (Petit Train à Vapeur de la Baie de Somme).
Horses are welcome and can be accommodated on pasture upon payment of €7 per night.
If you wish, they can enjoy a covered shelter of 3 metres by 4 metres with a paddock for €9 per night.
The area is equipped with a drinking trough and a strengthened electric fence.
Hay may be offered to your animal upon booking and payment of an extra charge.
Yes, there is a Wi-Fi connection across the entire campsite, for which there is a charge. You can choose to have the daily or weekly connection.
From the campsite pitches, Wi-Fi access costs €2 per day and €7 per week.
Be aware there is a free Internet access point at the campsite reception.
The indoor pool is open from 29th March to 6th October and 18th October to 3rd November, and is heated. The outdoor swimming pool is heated from 14th June to 22nd September.
Yes, it is free and requires prior booking. It is open from 8th July to 30th August, from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, except for Thursdays, when the club welcomes children from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Your inventory and inventory of fixtures are displayed on one of the cupboards in your rental. You should indicate within 24 hours of your arrival by telephone, e-mail or using the mobile app anything lacking or any faults. Beyond that time, the inventory of fixtures is considered to be valid.
For the standard mobile homes and “Comfort” (“Confort”) accommodation having one bathroom, a €200 deposit for the holiday rental, as well as a second amount for €95 for end-of-stay cleaning will be requested from you.
Regarding the “Confort” (“Comfort”) mobile homes with 2 bathrooms, the lodges or the “Premium” residences, a deposit of €200 for the holiday rental, as well as a second amount of €115 for end-of-stay cleaning will be requested from you.
Lastly, for the 4-bedroom lodge, a deposit of €200 for the holiday rental, and a second of €140 for end-stay cleaning will be requested from you.
Finally, for premium pitches with private sanitary facilities, a deposit of 200€ is required.
The deposit can be paid by bank card or even by cheque (must be 2 cheques).
On the Flower Camping Les Aubépines campsite, the following are accepted:

No, we’re no longer registered for VACAF on Les Aubépines.
The campsite is only 1 kilometre from the La Maye beach, a wild beach with no lifeguards, but which favours lovely walks. It is just a stone’s throw from the Baie de Somme nature reserve.
There is a further beach in the vicinity, only 3 kilometres away – Le Crotoy. This is the only northern coast beach to be south-facing. It is readily accessible via the cycle path, 500 metres from the campsite.
The Les Aubépines campsite is only 4 kilometres from the centre of the Le Crotoy village. Here there are useful shops such as a bakery, butcher, fishmonger, cheese seller, newsagent, bank, post office, pharmacy and doctors.
You can choose to hire bicycles for a day or half-day. You book at reception and are requested to pay a deposit.
You can hire adults and children’s bikes, trailers, baby seats and even electric bikes! You also have helmets for your safety and bike locks.
Request the map and routes for exploring the region’s cycle tracks (carte découverte). This is available at the campsite’s reception.
All ultimate complaints concerning non-compliance of services with contractual commitments can be set out by post or e-mail to the campsite manager. This is so as to explain the position and the aspects questioned.
Following this, and in the absence of agreement, a letter should be sent by registered post with an acknowledgement of receipt to the campsite management, to reach an amicable solution to the problem.
In the event that no agreement is possible, after exhausting all the internal avenues, and a time period of 1 month after sending this registered letter having elapsed, without a response, you can refer the case to the Centre de Médiation CM2C (French Centre for Mediation) by filing the case with them.

There is a reception room with a capacity for 80-100 people, and a meeting room with a capacity of around 15 people available.
Accommodation, meals, visits, a welcome reception, everything is planned to make your life easier, for the entire duration of your stay.
Arranging your events has never been easier. Our campsite in the Somme department offers you the chance to arrange your stay. Accommodation as requested and numerous meal choices (prepared breakfasts and picnics, a half-board or full-board package). We also offer you nature trips out with a guide, as well as visiting the main tourist attractions of the surrounding area. How do I get here?

Coming from Rouen
On the A28 Autoroute motorway, take the 1st exit for Baie de Somme-Le Crotoy.
Then follow for Le Crotoy via the D40 and next take the D940 minor road. When arriving in Le Crotoy, go straight on at the 1st roundabout, and right at the 2nd roundabout, then take the 1st turning on the left. Go along the road for 500 metres and the Les Aubépines campsite is on your right.

From Paris, Reims, Amiens, Calais, Brussels and Amsterdam
On the A16 Autoroute motorway, take exit 23 for Abbeville Nord. Follow for Le Crotoy on the D40 then the D940 minor road. When arriving in Le Crotoy, go straight on at the 1st roundabout, and at the 2nd roundabout go right. Then take the 1st turning on the left. Go along the road for 500 metres and the Les Aubépines campsite is on your right.
Sensitive to eco-responsible initiatives, we advise you to think about car-sharing!

The closest stations: Rue (6 kilometres) and Noyelles (11 kilometres)
From Calais, Boulogne or Paris (Gare du Nord): take the train as far as Rue (on the Paris-Calais/Boulogne line) then Rue-Le Crotoy by bus or Taxi
From Paris, Lille, Brussels, Amsterdam: Gare TGV (high speed train station) Haute Picardie Ablaincourt Pressoir: Train TGV (high speed trains) Haute Picardie – Amiens – Rue. Then take the bus to Le Crotoy.
The long-haul rail services – trains Grandes Lignes (GL) – have spaces available for bicycles: You can combine train/cycling in the Paris – Calais trains and some running on the Paris – Maubeuge line.

It is possible to transfer from Gare de Rue (Rue station) to the campsite (on request according to the timetables)
